We’re searching for an Operations Coordinator who will work side by side with the General Manager and leadership team. This is a pivotal behind-the-scenes role that keeps everything moving and helps shape how the business runs.

This is not your average admin job. You’ll be the go-to organiser who makes sure priorities, processes, and people line up. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety, forward thinking and being trusted with sensitive information, while still having a clear core workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide reliable PA and admin support directly to the GM and leadership team

• Manage inboxes and follow up on outstanding replies

• Prepare and format reports, presentations and internal documents for decision makers

• Schedule and confirm meetings, manage the diary and send follow-ups

• Anticipate needs and help streamline systems and processes across multiple sites

About You

• Solid experience in admin and coordination roles. You know how to keep leaders organised

• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive

• Comfortable working across a fast-moving, multi-site environment

• Tech savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello/Asana and Shopify (or quick to pick them up)

• Enjoys variety and being the “go to” support behind the scenes
