Fewer people actually enjoy the part where you have to get out in the market, create opportunity, and turn that into growth. That's what this role is.
The Role:
You'll be stepping into a territory with an existing customer base, but this is not a sit-back-and-maintain-it type of role. It is about growing the territory through strong commercial relationships and consistent follow-through.
You'll be working closely with distributors, installers and trade customers, so you need enough technical understanding to hold your own in conversations and provide practical support when needed. You do not need to be the technical expert in the room, but you do need credibility.

There is support behind you, but you will not be micromanaged. This role will suit someone who backs themselves, enjoys being out in the field, and knows how to balance customer relationships with commercial outcomes.
To be successful, you will bring proven experience in business development, territory sales or a similar field-based role, along with the confidence to work autonomously and build momentum in the market. A technical interest or background in automation, electrical, mechanical, building products or similar will be highly regarded.
Previous field sales or territory management experience is an essential requirement for this role.
