This role plays a pivotal part in fostering sales growth through a holistic approach, working closely with the General Manager and Creative Director to implement strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and General Manager to ensure marketing projects reflect the brand’s aesthetic and messaging while aligning digital strategies with broader business objectives.
- Plan, organise and lead marketing operations including executing brand awareness campaigns, digital advertising, SEO, social media, email, and SMS marketing.
- Create and manage holistic digital marketing strategies that support both online and retail storefronts.
- Manage advertising budgets to maximise ROI including responsible allocation of funds.
- Analyse data and trends using A/B testing, performance reporting, and insights to develop effective and contemporary marketing strategies.
- Be the go-to person for the team, solving problems and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Who You Are:
- A passionate, hands-on manager who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Experienced in implementing and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies with 3–5+ years of experience, preferably in the retail/fashion industry.
- Technical proficiency with contemporary marketing services, such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and social media.
- A strong communicator and collaborator who can work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- A problem-solver with a results-oriented approach, creativity, and strong analytical abilities.
- Passionate about fashion, with a deep understanding of retail branding and a commitment to customer engagement.
- Committed to staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
