Hybrid - 3 x 2 days, Statutory Govt Industry Sector - view to longer term after initial 6 month contract.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Human Resources Officer, ready to take on a six-month contract (view to longer-term). This role involves managing payroll data, updating leave applications, and collaborating with an external payroll team using Aurion software. Additionally, the role includes supporting recruitment activities, such as crafting engaging job advertisements and assisting with various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Reviewing and managing payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness. (Aurion Software)
- Leave Applications: Updating and processing leave applications, ensuring records are maintained accurately.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving payroll-related queries in collaboration with the external payroll team using Aurion software.
- Recruitment Support: Assisting with recruitment activities, including writing compelling job advertisements and screening candidates.
- General HR Support: Providing comprehensive HR support, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
