YOUR NEW ROLE: 
As a Project Administrator in the supply chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing product manufacturing timelines for a major retail client. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will manage critical project tasks, ensuring all activities align with deadlines and project requirements. Projects vary in duration, with some extending up to six months. You must be able to independently manage your workflow and prioritise tasks effectively while juggling multiple projects at different stages. 

What You Bring: 

  • Organisation: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. 
  • Experience: Previous experience in project coordination or management with a strong focus on deadlines and deliverables. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. 
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and efficiency in data entry and documentation.
