THE ROLE
This is a litigation-focused position. You'll manage your own caseload across the full spectrum of family law matters, with the support of directors and a collaborative team around you.
Mediation experience is essential - you should be comfortable running mediations with clients. Exposure to arbitration or collaborative practice is a genuine advantage.
You'll bring 5-6 years' PAE in family law, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines without losing your head - or your empathy.
