Are you already working in an MSP or technical support environment and ready for more?
This role suits a capable Level 2 technician ready to step up, or a Level 3 engineer wanting more client interaction, project exposure and support from experienced senior engineers.
About the role
You’ll be working in a structured MSP environment with documented client environments, clear escalation paths and a focus on proactive support and properly planned project delivery.
This is a role for someone who wants to do things properly, not just jump from one urgent issue to the next.
You’ll work closely with long-term clients across varied projects, including:

Supporting and troubleshooting Windows environments

Assisting with server and virtualisation projects
-
Working with senior engineers on migrations and implementations
-
Contributing to solution discussions and technical planning
-
Building more autonomy in your day-to-day work
-
Supporting clients across well-documented environments
Technical environment
Experience across some of the following will be highly regarded:

OS support and troubleshooting, XP to Windows 11
-
Windows Server 2012 to current
-
Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
-
VMware and Hyper-V
-
Backup management and maintenance, Veeam highly regarded
-
Cisco networking, including Layer 2 and Layer 3 design

Office 365 and SharePoint
-
Firewalls and security devices
-
Storage and SAN
-
ConnectWise suite
You do not need to tick every box. Strong technical fundamentals, MSP experience and the right attitude matter.
