BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

This is not a cold-call-heavy role where you’re starting from scratch.

You’ll inherit an existing customer network across blind retailers, custom blind manufacturers, curtain specialists and installation partners, with a focus on strengthening relationships, growing accounts, and identifying new opportunities across Queensland, WA & NT.

The Opportunity:

This is a field-based Business Development Manager role managing a well-established territory within the blind and window covering industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing an established portfolio of retailer and trade relationships

  • Following up on incoming opportunities and identifying new business growth across your territory

  • Supporting customers with product knowledge and sales support

  • Running product training and supporting customer success

  • Building long-term commercial relationships

What Will Make You Successful

You’re someone who builds trust quickly, manages relationships well, and enjoys being out in the market. You’re self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable managing your territory autonomously.

Experience in field sales, account management, trade supply, home improvement, building products, blinds, or retailer-focused B2B sales will be highly regarded.

A vehicle will be provided. You will need a current driver’s licence. This role services the QLD market, with one week of travel to WA per quarter.
