Office Manager
- Brisbane | Permanent, Full-Time
- Operations Team
- National Brand | Great Culture
Lead the team that keeps things moving
We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected professional services client with a national presence and an already well-established, people-first culture in their Brisbane office.
They’re looking for a confident and capable Office Manager to lead their day-to-day operational support team who cover front-of-house, mailroom and switchboard. It’s a role that sits at the heart of the business, keeping things running smoothly, supporting your team, and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, equipped and connected.
Why is this role different
- You’ll be leading a small but impactful support crew in a workplace with a strong team culture
- You’ll be empowered to drive service standards and team engagement
- You’ll have support from a broader national team with shared goals and strong values
About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, culture and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll lead a close-knit team across reception, mailroom and switchboard, making sure the office runs efficiently while creating a warm, professional experience for staff and visitors. With the autonomy to make decisions and the support of a collaborative national team, you’ll bring a proactive, organised approach and lead from the front every day.
About you
We’re looking for someone with the right mindset, confident, approachable and genuinely people-focused. You might come from a professional services background, or perhaps from corporate hospitality or another industry where service, presentation and people-first delivery are essential to success.
What matters most is your ability to lead with heart, bring out the best in others, and keep things running smoothly without losing the human touch. This role needs someone who’s proactive, engaging and calm under pressure, someone who’s comfortable being the welcoming face of the office while making sure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.
The Culture
This is a workplace known for its warmth, inclusion and supportive leadership. People genuinely enjoy working here. You’ll be joining a team that values professionalism without ego, collaboration without politics, and shared success over individual recognition.
You’ll also benefit from a range of other inclusions including structured learning and career development programs, flexible leave, up to 26 weeks paid parental leave, daily breakfast and regular social events, and a genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.
If this sounds like your kind of leadership opportunity, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now or reach out for a confidential chat.
